About Us

The Tobacco Education Clearinghouse of California (TECC) is funded by the California Tobacco Control Program (CTCP) to provide a broad array of professional resources and support services. The Clearinghouse is operated for CTCP by ETR Associates, a national nonprofit health education agency located in Scotts Valley, California.

We also offer customization services.

In addition to the TECC catalog for public use, the clearinghouse offers the following additional services to CTCP-funded projects:

• A library of over 25,000 tobacco-related materials
• Material development assistance
